From the perspective of transactions, all 20 plots were successfully traded, with a total transaction amount of about 27.38 billion yuan, of which 17 plots were traded at the reserve price, and only 3 plots showed a premium.
It is reported that among the land plots sold on the same day, the highest transaction price was the land plot on the southeast side of the intersection of Qingyuan Road and Lixin Avenue in the Economic Development Zone, which was bid by Nanjing Renheng Jiangzhou Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yanlord Land, for 3.672 billion yuan. The land plot has an area of 104,900 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.36, and a construction area of 247,100 square meters, which is used for commercial and residential purposes.
At the same time, several other land plots with higher transaction prices were mainly obtained by local enterprises in Wuxi, for example, the plots on the northeast side of the intersection of Lihu Avenue and Zhenze Road in Binhu District. It was acquired by Wuxi Binhu City Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. at a reserve price of 1.624 billion yuan, with a land transfer area of 39,900 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.3, and a construction area of 91,700 square meters, which was used for commercial and residential purposes; another plot of land on the northwest side of the intersection of Guqu Road and Shanshui East Road in Binhu District was acquired by Wuxi Shanshui Huigu Town Construction and Development Co., Ltd. at a reserve price of 1.248 billion yuan, with a land transfer area of 69,400 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.03, a construction area of 71,500 square meters, and the purpose was residential.
In addition, only 3 parcels of land in Wuxi were traded at a low premium. For example, Jinhe Real Estate (Hunan) Co., Ltd. bid for 633 million yuan for the southwest side of the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Xiexiang Road in Liangxi District, with a premium rate of 0.64%, the land transfer area of 20,600 square meters, plot ratio of 2, construction area of 41,200 square meters, for commercial and residential purposes, the starting price of 6.29 yuan.
