In order to successfully transform into a product manager, I have learned almost all the training institutions on the market, but the ability of product managers has not changed much, and the same training content has also made me completely lose confidence in "product manager training".
Until I had the privilege of working on a project with a colleague, I was very envious of her ability to control the progress of the project, dismantle problems and deal with problems. There are many problems that I can't sort out clearly, and she can solve them quickly and can come up with several solutions. Outside of work, I often asked her for advice, and she suggested that I come to study and have a look.
To be honest, because of my previous training experience, my first reaction at the beginning was to refuse. She just told me that coming to study is different from other institutions. But in the study, Teacher Xue is a wise man who accompanies us in exploration. Heuristic questioning allows us to think more deeply about the problem, and lets us establish a product manager thinking in continuous questioning and thinking. At the same time, Mr. Xue will also share many different methods, so that we can think about different dimensions of the problem.
As Mr. Xue said, the method is a multi-dimensional thinking model (visual thinking tool), the more thinking models to master, such as DDMT™ model, DQMT™ model, DH2W® model, WILT® principle, COST® principle, LOSS® model, VNC® rule, BIEF® model, etc., when solving problems, in order to locate and solve problems more accurately and quickly.

I remember a classmate once had some confusion about learning. After class, I found Teacher Xue, who patiently helped him solve one problem after another, and did not end until 3 a.m., and such scenes often happened in the study bar.

1) My temper has become calm
I'm a northeastern girl myself, with a big voice and a quick temper. Usually communicate with colleagues, often talk twice unclear is easy to be anxious, after more than 3 months of study, colleagues around me feel that my biggest change is not to be angry, have patience. Haha, maybe you think it's magical, take a product class, temper get better??? Yes, it's true, now communication with colleagues is smoother and the relationship is more harmonious.
2, more professional and confident
The last thing I wanted to do before I studied was a requirements review. Every time I review, I will be intimidated by the technical brother, especially in the product logic, and sometimes the technical partner assists me to sort out the product logic together. Every day is particularly anxious and helpless, after a period of study, the review of needs, the delivery of documents, has been unanimously recognized and praised by everyone.
Now the happiest thing is the demand review, and my leaders and bosses are becoming more and more satisfied with my work. This happiness and satisfaction has made me more confident and professional, and I am willing to accept more difficult tasks and tasks.
