From the town of Ningjiaping in YouXian County to the north, over the mountain, is Liling. Facing each other, a gray cement road runs through the valley and stretches for 7 kilometers, stringing together more than 400 farmers living along the road. Shuangfan Village, Ningjiaping Town, as its name suggests, although it has a special landform and picturesque scenery, it is finally just an ordinary mountain village in xiangdong mountain pass.

Poor ravines do not raise people, and people run out. Wang Min, the youngest son of the Wang family at the head of the village, has been intelligent since childhood, went to college, taught whips, and became the boss. But 11 years ago, he resolutely returned to the village, raised chickens and rice, and sang a song of hope in the fields.

An acre of mortal field, good rice is natural

On October 29, when the autumn rain was long, Wang Min walked into the freshly harvested paddy field, pulled open the stubble over the knee, and checked the growth of astragalus.

"After Zi yunying grows up, it is ploughed and buried in the soil to make green manure, and the flower seeds are naturally sown, and there is no need to plant again..." Wang Min was familiar with agricultural affairs and told the story.

The rice field in front of you can't see the edge, there are more than 300 acres. The sharp-eyed people found that there were duck sheds and solar lanterns in the fields, and they couldn't help but be curious.

"Raise 10 to 15 ducks per acre and can weed; The solar lamp puts a biological attractant to attract red-eyed bees to kill insects with insects..." Wang Min explained that this is the trick to growing "jade needle incense" high-quality rice.

"Jade Needle Fragrance" is the main rice variety that Wang Min has planted in recent years. In order to grow it well, he dug canals to divert mountain springs for irrigation, improved the land through probiotics returned to the field, and only applied fermented farm manure, without pesticides and fertilizers.

"We use the stupidest way to make the best produce." Wang Min said that only by following the natural growth mode can we produce the most beautiful fruits.

At noon, a plate of jade needle rice was served on the table, crystal like jade, the oil was bright and fragrant, and the lips and teeth of the food were fragrant. Tested by the Hunan Rice Research Institute, "Jade Needle Fragrance" is naturally selenium-rich, and Yuan Longping called it "super Rice".

Returning to the hometown to start a business, there are bittersweet and sweet

Before returning to the village in 2010, Wang Min taught at Jiankun School in Youxian County and was the owner of a health club. "My father died, my sister married away, and my mother was at home alone." Wang Min resolutely returned to Shuangfan Village with his newlywed wife.

Although he grew up in the countryside, Wang Min was not familiar with farming. Inspired by the CCTV agricultural program, he bought 9 black goats and tried to breed them.

Black goats breed fast and quickly flock to flocks. By 2013, there were more than 90 heads.

The crisis has quietly emerged. Some black sheep have sheep pox, which cannot be cured for a long time. Wang Min consulted the information, tried medicine and treatment, and survived the difficulties.

In 2015, the flock grew to more than 200 sheep. Wang Min found that Shuangfan Village has many dense forests and few grasslands, which is not suitable for large-scale sheep raising.

Every household in the countryside raises chickens, which is suitable for breeding and easy to promote. Wang Min sold all the sheep and introduced black-boned chickens.

"To raise chickens is to raise real and delicious chickens." Wang Min refused to feed captivity, he and his wife went to Beijing, Changsha and other places to study, delve into the ecological chicken raising method, the corn, soybean meal, bran, oil bran, green feed in a certain proportion, and then add quantitative probiotic enzyme stock solution mixed and stirred, sealed fermentation into an "ecological nutrition meal" for chickens to eat.

Wang Min not only raises more than 1,000 black-bone chickens, but also exports technology and chicken seedlings to drive the breeding of surrounding villagers. Under his influence, more than 270 farmers in Youxian County raised black-boned chickens and stored more than 20,000 pigeons.

Leverage e-commerce to get rich together

The breeding of black-bone chickens was successful, and Wang Min's confidence was greatly increased. In 2016, he registered and established Xiangxialang Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd.

In this year, Wang Min saw that the good land in the village was seriously abandoned, so he chartered 7 acres of land to try to plant organic rice.

The trial was a great success. In 2019, Wang Min transferred more than 300 mu of paddy fields in the village, all planted with "jade needle incense" and registered the trademark "Fan Rice Fan Rice".

The scale of breeding and breeding has been expanding, and Wang Min has strengthened the connection with e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Jingdong and started e-commerce. Customers can remotely see the growth of black-bone chicken and rice planting through the platform, and then place an order when they are satisfied.

Online and offline efforts, business is getting bigger and bigger, more and more agricultural products out of the mountains. Wang Min took advantage of the situation to buy agricultural products from farmers and drive everyone to get rich together.

"He will give whatever price he wants in the market." Villager Wang Bingfeng said that this year's pepper harvest, Wang Min bought dried peppers at a price of 50 yuan per kilogram, he sold 30 kilograms, and made money without leaving the village.

In 2017, Wang Min was elected general secretary of the party branch of Shuangfan Village. Under his leadership, Shuangfan Village embarked on the road to industrial prosperity, and the per capita annual disposable income of the villagers reached more than 20,000 yuan. From raising black goats to raising black-bone chickens, growing organic rice, and then doing e-commerce, my lover and I have suffered a lot, hesitated, anxious, and even thought about giving up. But we persevered and are getting better and better now.
