On 1 November 2021, the tenant Salsa Cosmetics Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed lease plan 1 and lease plan 2 proposed by the owner, Asia Container Logistics Centre Hong Kong Limited (an independent third party), to renew the lease of the warehouse property.
It is reported that according to lease plan 1: fixed lease period of 48) months, from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2026, lease plan 2: fixed lease period is twelve (12) months, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (both dates inclusive), and can choose to renew the contract for another 24 months at the then open market rent, from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2029
