"Spring Tide" tells the story of three generations of women expressing their love with resentment under the same roof. Among them, "Spring Dream" has been nominated for the Tiger Award at the 42nd Rotterdam International Film Festival, and "Spring Tide" has won the Best Director Award at the Golden Deer Award at the 15th China Changchun Film Festival and the Best Director Nomination at the 33rd Golden Rooster Award for Chinese Film.
The two leading actors of the film, Wu Yanshu and Xi Meijuan, are both famous film and television artists and national first-class actors.
Wu Yanshu was born in 1938 to high-level intellectual parents. Such a family cultivated her artistic temperament.
