The meeting stressed that the key to grasping the safe production in the field of hazardous chemical transportation lies in further strengthening the management of road transport enterprises, vehicles and practitioners of hazardous chemicals, and forming a road transport safety supervision mechanism for hazardous chemicals under the unified leadership of the government and the responsibilities of departments. All functional departments should actively study and judge the situation, improve the working mechanism, implement work responsibilities, make full use of information management means, and strengthen industry supervision; dangerous goods transport enterprises should implement the main responsibility for safe production, conscientiously carry out education and training in all links, and comprehensively improve the safety production level of dangerous goods road transport enterprises in Anning City.

The meeting demanded that the main responsibility for the safe production of road transport of hazardous chemicals should be strictly implemented, and the implementation of the system of maintenance, testing, use, management and inspection of special vehicles for road transport of hazardous chemicals should be comprehensively inspected. The competent departments of transportation should take the management of road transport vehicles as the carrier to ensure the entry of dangerous goods transport vehicles; they should strengthen the safety control capabilities of the whole process of road transport of hazardous chemicals, and timely report and take effective targeted disposal measures for the points where accidents are frequent and traffic safety is seriously hidden.
