During the Qing Dynasty, the Sanzhou TiancunShan Road was winding and winding, only a water away from Hong Kong, so many villagers went to Hong Kong to work and do business. At that time, in order to overthrow the Qing government, Dr. Sun Yat-sen found Sanzhou Tiancun, a convenient place to retreat. Through intensive preparations, on October 6, 1900, Zheng Shiliang led a group of red-headed troops (peasant rebels wrapped in red turbans) to launch an armed uprising, which was the first uprising of Sanzhou Tian Gengzi. Although the short-lived revolution failed, the first shot of the armed anti-Qing revolution was fired.

Following the footsteps of history, the reporter visited Sanzhou Tiancun, Gengzi Shouyi Sun Yat-sen Memorial School, and Sun Yat-sen Gengzi Shouyi Sculpture Park in the late evening to explore the revolutionary spirit and inheritance behind The First Righteousness of Sanzhou Tian Gengzi.
The ruins of Sanzhoutian Village are located in Meijianshan, Yantian Subdistrict, Yantian District. After the success of the Xinhai Revolution, Sun Yat-sen did not forget the heroes and villagers who died in the Sanzhoutian Uprising, and he sent people to allocate funds to repair the villages that were set on fire by the Qing soldiers, and the villagers were able to return to their homeland to continue to thrive. The ruins of Sanzhoutian Village are also listed as district-level cultural relics protection units.
"As a village carrying major revolutionary historical events, the whole village has always upheld the revolutionary spirit, inherited the spirit of selfless dedication, and passed on the revolutionary torch from generation to generation." Liao Jincun, chairman of Sanzhoutian Co., Ltd., said, "The whole village has experienced three major relocations in four places, and in order to build a new China, the villagers resolutely gave up their original land and selflessly donated their own grain without complaint." At the same time, he also mentioned that on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, the village will also actively respond to the patriotic and party-loving activities, improve the history of Sanzhou Tiancun, and promote the collection of a series of important revolutionary historical events such as Gengzi Shouyi, so as to better inherit the excellent revolutionary spirit and commemorate the revolutionary ancestors.
Walking into the Gengzi Shouyi Sun Yat-sen Memorial School, you can see the statue of Sun Yat-sen standing in the middle of the campus. The school has a history of 100 years, and although it has been relocated and rebuilt through history, it still retains a strong revolutionary atmosphere. It is reported that the predecessor of this school was established by Sun Yat-sen in Sanzhoutian to commemorate this revolution and to hope for the future in future generations. After Sun Yat-sen's death, his descendants specially inscribed a plaque for the school to commemorate the school in the first day of the Gengzi Revolution. In the school history exhibition room, the important historical sites of the Gengzi Revolution and the major changes in Sanzhou Tian and the school are recorded in detail. As long as it is a major revolutionary historical anniversary, the school will hold various activities to allow students to participate in it, feel the revolution, remember the revolutionary history, and inherit the excellent revolutionary spirit.
The sun shines on the Sun Yat-sen Gengzi Shouyi Sculpture Park, walking in it, 18 sculptures come to life, reproducing the fierce and tragic scene of young people who once had lofty aspirations throwing their heads and spilling their blood on the red hot land of SanzhouTian. The sculpture garden records the main process of the historical events of Gengzi Shouyi from planning to failure, leaving a scene of song and tears for future generations, inheriting the precious revolutionary spirit. Nowadays, the sculpture garden has also become a place for the majority of young people to carry out revolutionary education and patriotic education, which has further strengthened the study and dissemination of red culture.
