In the past, the collective economic foundation of Laobu Village in Zhangjia Town was very weak, and the task of poverty alleviation was heavy, and it was listed as the last batch of poverty alleviation target villages in the county. In October 2015, Tang Li carried a simple bag, with her father's instructions and the organization's heavy trust to Laobu Village as the first secretary of the party organization, for more than five years, the people of Laobu Village have long regarded her as a family, it is because of her efforts, the Laobu Village Party General Branch won the honor of the "Three-star Grassroots Party Organization" in the autonomous region, at the same time, Tang Li also won the honorary titles of "Guangxi May 1st Labor Medal", "Autonomous Region Excellent Resident Team Member" and other honorary titles, and twice appeared on Guangxi Satellite TV's "First Secretary" column. In 2020, all 354 households and 1305 people in Laobu Village were lifted out of poverty, achieving the goal of poverty alleviation in the whole village.
