Guozhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Zoucheng City, was awarded the title of "Civilized Village" by the Shandong Provincial Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee in 1997; in 1998 and 2000, the Village Family Planning Association was twice awarded the title of "Excellent Family Planning Association" by the Shandong Provincial Family Planning Commission and the Shandong Provincial Family Planning Association.
