On the afternoon of October 29, the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th Committee of the CPPCC Leadshan County committee was held, and Shi Bin, chairman of the CPPCC county committee, Cheng Yanfang, Tranquility, Zou Jianxin, Vice Chairmen, Jiang Dong, Ding Mingzhi, Zhan Zhihua, Lin Xinliang, and Secretary General Yu Shufang attended the meeting, and Deputy County Governor Zhang Farong and Wang Chenghui were invited to participate in the activity.
Shi Bin pointed out that the improvement of urban functional quality is very important and is an important part of the county's economic development, and the improvement of urban functional quality is conducive to economic and social development, and should be highly valued. It is necessary to consider the problems around the needs of the people, to be forward-looking, rational layout, overall arrangement for urban road construction, pipe network maintenance should pay attention to linkage, road network construction should be planned and systematic, and promoted according to the plan to ensure practical results. Urban construction is a major matter and a good thing about the interests of the masses, and all members of the CPPCC National Committee should try to share the worries of the government, shoulder the responsibility of CPPCC members, and contribute to the development of Leadshan.
Shi Bin stressed: First, to improve the political position and promote the development and upgrading of the CPPCC with new achievements in party building, we must take the initiative to gather new consensus, conscientiously implement new requirements, and have the courage to undertake new missions. The second is to enhance ability and quality, to establish a new image of the CPPCC cause with the new view of performing duties and fulfilling responsibilities, and to have a new depth in study, a new strength in performing duties, and a new precision in work. The members of the new CPPCC leading body should do a good job in their work in accordance with the requirements of the division of labor, the organs should play a role in guaranteeing services, and each special committee should assume its own duties; and all the standing committees should pay close attention to formulating specific plans according to their different sectors and in accordance with their respective divisions of labor, so as to promote all work more effectively, promisingly, and effectively, so as to make new contributions and new deeds of the CPPCC for "comprehensively integrating into the central urban area of Shangrao and building a modern and beautiful new lead mountain."
The meeting also discussed the matter of the withdrawal of counties and districts in Leadshan County, studied a series of CPPCC knowledge such as the "Constitution of the Political Consultative Conference of the Chinese people", conveyed the spirit of the First Plenary Session of the Fifth CPPCC Municipal Committee, and adopted the matter of appointment and dismissal of personnel.
The meeting invited responsible persons of the county civil affairs bureau, the county urban management bureau, the county housing and construction bureau, and other departments to participate in the special discussion of politics, and the directors and deputy directors of the various committees (offices) of the county CPPCC committees and the leaders of the cppcc working groups of the townships (centers) attended the meeting as observers.
Before the meeting, Shi Bin and the leading group of the county CPPCC led the members of the Standing Committee of the 16th CPPCC County to carry out inspection work around the improvement of urban functional quality, and conducted special discussions at the subsequent Standing Committee meeting.
