"Based on 10,000 yuan, a single person can contribute up to 50,000 yuan." Interest is paid monthly and the principal is repaid after 2 years. Zhou Ling used her own property as a guarantee and promised the owner. The funds were pooled within 11 days, and on June 1 of that year, the industry committee officially "took charge".
"Not only should the community be 'brought back to life', but also 'the dragon and the tiger'." Zhou Ling put down her harsh words, and she also had a plan in her heart - starting from parking fees, façade rents and other aspects, turning losses into savings "family bottom".
In March 2017, the 250,000 yuan of funds raised from the owner was paid off in advance, and more than 100,000 yuan was still in the community account every year. Using the operating property income, the external walls and gates of the residential buildings have been successively transformed to eliminate potential safety hazards; the activity center at the gate has installed fitness equipment, and the popularity is getting higher and higher. The property management fee payment rate of the entire community is as high as 99.9%.
"The owners support the work of the property committee with their actions, and we cannot live up to this trust." There are renovation projects in the community, zhou ling are carefully calculated, first let the bidding unit make its own quotation, and then make a price comparison selection, and each expenditure is announced to the public in a timely manner.
The hardware conditions have come up, and the software has to keep up. The water quality of the community is a concern of the owners, and the industry committee hires professionals to clean the water tanks in the community every year, and sends the water in the community to the water quality monitoring station for testing every month. In the community party and group service station, residents sit down together to "find fault" for the community, and the community is becoming beautiful day by day.

In December last year, the industry committee invited the elderly residents over the age of 70 in the community to welcome the New Year, and Zhou Ling announced the income and expenditure, and it was difficult to hide her excitement.

Nowadays, walking into the Xihai Longyuan Community, the road is clean and tidy, the vehicles are parked in an orderly manner, and the elderly chat warmly and enjoy themselves.
