Recently, the "Most Jiangnan Hangzhou Taste" Grand Canal Cultural Tourism Festival canal food festival opened. Three well-known catering enterprises in our district, Namet Yinju Restaurant, Xiling Hotel and Qunle Hotel, participated in the Hangzhou Taste Special Food Competition.

The chefs of the three catering companies showed their skills and cooked 30 of the most distinctive dishes in Binjiang District (10 cold dishes, 10 hot dishes, 10 dim sums) on the spot, which are full of color and flavor, which are very popular.
The expert judges and the citizen food experience officer selected 100 "100 counties and a thousand bowls" Hangzhou gold medal cuisine, and the Jiang SanXian, pork knuckle fine stir-fry, white carp buckle chicken, large meat bun, shrimp oil platter, and braised fish hook of Qunle Hotel were successfully selected.
