The marriage certificates of He Xiaoshuang and Zheng Zhe show that on June 8, 2018, the two registered their marriage. He Xiaoshuang left his parents in Yueqing, Wenzhou, and went to Tianjin to live with her husband Zheng Zhe and her in-laws.
On October 23, 2018, He Xiaoshuang was killed at his home in Tianjin.
