For thousands of years, "accumulating tens of millions of wealth, no mistake in reading" is the creed that traditional Chinese families abide by, "self-cultivation, family unity, governance, and peace in the world" has become the ideal of life that generations of readers have diligently pursued, and the chiseled wall stealing light, sac fluorescent snow, hanging beam thorn stock, etc. have become the reading stories praised by generations. It is precisely under the influence of this style of reading that the Chinese civilization has been passed down from generation to generation, becoming a complete civilization that has never been broken in the history of world civilization, which can be said to be a great miracle in the history of world civilization.
After the founding of New China, we were faced with the difficulty of "illiterate and unable to read" by the broad masses of working people, and then encountered the dilemma that the vast number of young workers "wanted to read and did not have books to read." My parents each had seven or eight siblings, and my grandparents did not leave the opportunity to read to my parents, they became illiterate in the new era, but they did not complain, still maintained the respect and love for books, and they poured this simple feeling into the next generation - "as long as you are willing to read, smash the pot and sell iron" became their mantra. What my fathers did not expect was that today's us and our next generation are sad to the point of "a lot of books, too lazy to read", and quiet reading has become a difficult thing in the world! Why? The most said reason is one word: busy! In the face of this most grand reason, we can subdivide the "heartless" people who do not read into the following categories: the first type is the fear of difficulties, the sea of books is boundless, life is short, the book cannot be finished, and simply do not read; the second type is the contentmentist, graduating from college, the book has been read enough, content and happy, it is useless to read more; the third type is the useless theorist, the market economy, money is supreme, knowledge is useless, what is the use of reading; the fourth type is pessimists, people are middle-aged, discouraged, self-willed and mediocre, what is the need for reading? In this way, many of us squeezed out the time to study. So, "poker fights, wine drinks, dances dance" and so on, and so on.
In fact, the benefits of reading books with heart, which can not be said on a few? But to be able to read quietly and authentically, I feel difficult and uncomfortable. To this end, we must first have the courage to dissect our own hearts, face up to our own reasons, and truly regard reading as part of our study work, as a good way to cultivate and cultivate sexual beauty, and incorporate it into our daily lives. Of course, we also have to pay attention to the scientific reading method. Feng Youlan, he divides books into three categories: one is intensive reading, the second is extensive reading, and the third category is for flipping. He told us that before reading, we must carefully screen, carefully judge the classification, the intensive reading is not extensive reading, the extensive reading is not casually translated, the casual translation must not be intensive reading, only if the effort is accurate, it will be more effective with half the effort and make progress day by day. There is also to have the patience and concentration of reading, learning to be rich five cars is by no means achievable in a year and a half, you must know that the meal should be eaten bite by bite, the road should be walked step by step, the book naturally must be read locally one by one, so day by day, month, month and year, persistence will be gained.
Nowadays, from the central to the local, they are vigorously advocating reading for all, which is popularly speaking, that is, everyone reads and everyone reads. It is undeniable that this goal is idealistic, but it should be the highest realm that we strive to pursue as the new era that dares to pursue our dreams. Together, in three steps, step by step, there is a possibility of achieving high-quality reading for all. Which three steps do you take? The first step at the moment should be "someone takes the lead in reading", then the second step is "mostly able to keep up", and the third step may be "everyone reading together". We must vigorously promote the creation activities of "shuxiang provinces, cities, counties and towns", "shuxiang organs", "shuxiang families", "shuxiang campuses" and "shuxiang enterprises", so that "leaders take the lead in reading, parents take the lead in reading, teachers take the lead in reading, and bosses take the lead in reading" become a new trend of reading for the whole people, let the leaders take the lead in setting an example, lead the construction of shuxiang society to develop in depth, and strive to achieve the new normal of reading for the whole people on the basis of establishing a long-term mechanism. I believe that through the joint efforts of all aspects of the whole society and all walks of life, the vivid situation of "everyone reading together" will surely come as soon as possible, and it will come very wonderfully.
Needless to say, we all have a beautiful yearning for the future world in our hearts, and we are full of hopes for future generations to live a happy life, of course, we are indispensable to our desire for a smooth and satisfactory road in life in the future. Promoting reading for all has both a strategic plan for the future at the national level and a beautiful vision of the future in one's heart. In the era of military peace, we are deeply fortunate, but we must also be soberly aware that the current world is not without war, but the field of war is wider and more hidden, and we lack the sensitivity and wisdom to perceive. The modern contest of nations is far from the scene of the "musket and cannon atomic bomb" in our minds, but exists in other forms or explicitly or implicitly, such as currency warfare, financial warfare, network warfare, political warfare, economic warfare, diplomatic warfare, talent warfare, scientific and technological warfare, information warfare, space warfare, genetic warfare, resource warfare, and so on. It can be said that these wars have been staged in turn around us, and once they break out and escalate, they are bound to affect and change our lives. Our prophetic and prescient wise people have long realized that the level of reading ability directly affects the future of a country and a nation; behind the decline in reading rate is the decline in national quality, which will inevitably lead to the poverty of national creativity and the lack of innovative spirit. As the Soviet writer Brodsky put it, "A nation that does not read is a nation without hope." "Therefore, we say that in times of peace, to promote patriotism, we may as well start by reading.
At present, the trend of multipolarization and economic globalization in the world is developing in depth, and we are facing both rare development opportunities and unprecedented severe challenges. At present, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become an important engine to promote China's economic development. The high-quality development of China's economy and society in the new era must be supported by a large number of outstanding talents who can start a business and innovate, and such talents must rely on reading by the whole people to consolidate the foundation of education. And the foundation of education is at home and in school. The home is the starting point for reading, and the school is the gas station for reading. The family's reading environment and the school's scientific guidance will directly affect the child's learning interest and learning ability. I believe that through our vigorous practice of the concept of lifelong learning, our parents and educators with their own actions to let children understand: only a life of continuous learning and curiosity is happy, happy, wonderful and noble; lifelong reading, lifelong learning, is an important way of life that modern civilized people must choose; only by closely linking the future of the motherland with the future of the individual to create, will we harvest the true happiness of life.
