"You just haven't gone all out yet": Go all out and run to the future

We all need to go all out to run for a better future!

This book, "You're Just Not Doing It All Yet" tells us how to achieve a better future. Indeed, we need to go all out. After all, real effort requires enduring worthwhile pain. We need to keep working hard, seize the opportunity, and eventually reap happiness.

The author of this book, Wen Yan, graduated from Peking University, master's degree candidate of London School of Economics and Political Science, nearly full score winner of GRE, has worked for Accenture Consulting, IBM and other Top 500 companies, and is a senior professional manager of British diplomatic institutions. Co-created the podcast "Color Zebra" with friends, which won the Apple iTunes Best 2014 Podcast Award and the first place in the Lychee Radio Parent-Child Podcast New Media Chart. He is the author of the novel "The Second Job".

Let's take a closer look at the author's point of view of life.

1. Go all out, the future will not fail you

Ask yourself: What would I do without fear? Then, let it go. Afraid of what dreams are far away, there is joy in entering an inch; afraid of the disappearance of everything beautiful, let's first let it exist.

Our greatest challenge today is not our intelligence or emotional intelligence at all, we are not learning or failing to do it at all, but before all this happens, we have begun to anticipate the value and meaning of these things and ask: Is it meaningful to do so? Reading is meaningless, and the exam teacher will draw the key points anyway. There is no point in learning Chinese, and I will go abroad in the future anyway. There is no point in writing a paper bitterly because it does not help in finding a job. There is no point in working well, I didn't see that so-and-so started a business and got A round of financing... This is probably why opportunity has not yet come to the door. Opportunity has probably already come to you, but you weren't ready at the time. There is no immediate effort in the world, nor is there an experience that is completely fruitless. If you are talented, maintain an enterprising and curious view of the world and don't question the role of effort.

We all need to do our best. In fact, those you envy, the world will eventually give you. You know, the future reward is never addition, but compound interest. Yes, but the premise of everything is that we have to do our best. We want to spend our whole lives pursuing our dreams. "Do not forget the original heart, we must always", indeed, we must keep the original intention, do not always stare at the life of others. We need to focus on our own lives and not envy others. Sometimes, a person's greatest glory is not success, but completion. We have to do what we can to the extreme, and the rest of God will help you to do it. Our efforts also need to be directional. Only when the direction is right can we go further.

2. True effort requires enduring worthwhile suffering

Effort is about enduring worthless suffering, not just sinking into it; if you're confused about where to start, then acting is the only way to overcome powerlessness.

Our efforts are always a little painful. There are no shortcuts on the way to learning. You know, those who deserve recognition should rely on long-term exploration of learning habits and hone the efficient learning methods to achieve victory. What drives them to study hard is not the score, but the natural interest and curiosity about the unknown. Therefore, we need to correct our attitude and form our own learning habits. We should grasp some learning skills and make full use of our fragmented time to improve ourselves. We need to know the goal of our dreams. When we achieve our first dream, it will not subvert your life, but it is both a milestone in the previous journey and a way for you to explore the way forward. So, even if it's painful, we have to persevere to the end!

3. Work hard, seize the opportunity, happiness will eventually be within reach

If the world is random, then there is always someone luckier than you, but when you look at the world from another angle, you will understand that many things are originally predestined.

We need to keep working hard, and happiness will eventually be within reach. You know, any slow accumulation has an irreplaceable meaning in life. Therefore, we should not be afraid of futile efforts, life will never be indebted to everyone who loves it. We don't have to wait until we're fully equipped before we set off. We need to be ready at all times, and we can all reap happiness.

This book, "You Just Haven't Gone All In Yet" is worth reading carefully. I believe that every reader will have something to gain from it.

In the end, we all have to go all out, although the process will be painful, but as long as we survive, we will eventually reap happiness!
