
The most beautiful bowl of egg flower soup, in how many early morning afternoons, warm a tired and empty stomach.
Mom once said that people who are sick should drink a bowl of warm egg flower soup to warm their hearts and stomachs.
A bowl of delicate egg flower soup, we need to prepare -
4 cups chicken broth
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon light soy sauce optional
1/2 tbsp minced ginger
3 Tbs. green onion white chopped
1/2 tbsp sesame oil optional
method:
Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water. (This is our water starch.) )
Add chicken broth, ginger, white onion and soy sauce to the pot. Season with salt and white pepper.
Stir the starchy water again and pour it into the broth carefully and slowly. Bring to a boil over low heat. (You can pick out the previous ginger slices and green onions)
After boiling, pour in the stirred eggs. Stir while pouring. Turn off the heat and add some fresh spring onions so you can eat them.
If you can, drizzle with some sesame oil and it will have a stronger aroma.
Egg flower soup without sesame oil is incomplete!
