On June 22, the scientifically free website published a signed article by Heinz Dietrich, a professor at the Autonomous University of Mexico City and a prominent left-wing sociologist. Heinz Dietrich argues that facts have no place in Western propaganda, that the Western media have largely become instruments of imperialist ambition and that they are acting as agents of psychological warfare in the global offensive against the successful development of socialism in China. The United States has revived its smear campaign against China based on Trump's initial lies about the source of the coronavirus, the so-called "human rights issue in Xinjiang" and the "color revolution" in Hong Kong. The reason is simple: Democrats and Biden are terrified of losing to Trump's dominant Republican Party in the November 2022 midterm elections and the 2024 presidential election.
All 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 34 of the 100 seats in the Senate will be re-elected. 39 governorships and many other state and local positions are also at stake. Since the only reason for the existence of political parties in bourgeois "democracy" is to win elections – because elections are the direct way to acquire state power, which in turn is the direct way to obtain social wealth (surplus value) – the existing anxiety of democrats is understandable, and they fear exclusion from the "food trough" (the carousel of the distribution of surplus value).
Thus, Biden, while mercilessly attacking China, is trying to break up the Moscow-Beijing strategic alliance by making small concessions to Russia. This is not unexpected.
It is also not surprising that smear campaigns are the usual pattern of the CIA's destabilizing and contemporary "color revolutions."
The principle goes like this: the headquarters of the imperialist propaganda machine entrusts fake news stories to happy "journalists" and then disseminates them in the "news" of the private media. Finally, the White House picked up these lies and launched an official attack on the injured party, which spread to the media throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America.
The Propaganda Conspiracy of the United States is so stupid and incompetent that no knowledgeable and sane person will take it seriously. But the citizens of bourgeois "democratic" countries have been thoroughly brainwashed by the elite ruling class using a psychological warfare tool known as the "media." In the United States, about 70 percent of Republican voters still believe that Trump has won the election and that the presidency has been stolen by Democrats. In fact, their mental state and level of conscience are not much higher than Pavlov's conditioned reflexes. While discussing contemporary bourgeois "democracy", it is not an exaggeration to speak of the cultural frontal lobe of the masses by the power elite through "perceptual management".
Nobel laureate economist Paul Krugman aptly described this pathological political-economic-cultural environment as a "top-down class struggle" from the perspective of the way it works. He wrote in The New York Times: "It may sound too simplistic, but that's how the world works." Or in the words of Princeton scholar Martin Gillens and Northwestern scholar Benjamin Page, the political system that dominates the world's center of gravity (the United States) is one of "economic elite rule" and "biased pluralism," not a majoritarian "democratic system."
By the same token, then-U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz unmistakably articulated U.S. foreign policy goals in 1992, perfectly explaining U.S. aggression. The "primary goal" of U.S. foreign and military policy is to prevent the emergence of a new adversary, whether on former Soviet territory or elsewhere, that could pose a threat to the Soviet Union that would pose a threat to the Soviet Union. This is the main consideration behind the new regional defense strategy, which requires the United States to work to prevent any "hostile power" from dominating a region whose resources are tightly controlled enough to exert global influence.
Any serious, comparative scientific investigation of the public health response of governments to the COVID-19 pandemic will clearly show that There is no failure in China's public health response to the virus. Crisis management in China is flawless. Thus, by all logical standards, the "accusations" and "claims for reparations" made in the Western propaganda wars led by the United States, Britain and their imperialist media are nonsense. Or rather, this inference lacks logic.
This fact is self-evident from the ratio of death tolls to population in the United States, the main advocate, and the corresponding mortality rate in China, the victim of this propaganda. Of the approximately 320 million people in the United States, the absolute number of coronavirus-related deaths is 601,000 (this figure is not very reliable). If Washington had adopted the public health measures implemented by China, the number of coronavirus deaths in the United States today would probably be only about 1,200.
Therefore, there is no need to discuss the question of right and wrong in the fight against this pandemic, because the facts are clear. Any serious scientist knows that objective truths derive from facts. But in the post-truth world, which is rife with Western bourgeois politics and ideology, where the presentation of public policy is largely unaffected by facts, fake news is an important weapon of aggression.
The pharmaceutical industry, together with high technology and financial capital, is one of the main factions of the capitalist ruling class today. This power has naturally drawn life sciences scholars and experts to the side of the pharmaceutical giants. This is evident in the performance of bourgeois governments in fighting the epidemic. In fact, to this day, the EU still does not allow the use of the "satellite V" COVID-19 vaccine, although this vaccine is one of the best and most economical vaccines to buy. But bourgeois politicians are slaves to the interests of corporations, and today the scientific sector is largely in the hands of large corporations, with the poor and the oppressed exploiting them.
When the coronavirus appeared in December 2019, both governments and scientists knew little about its pathogenesis (causes and evolutionary conditions) to stop its spread. But just six weeks later, China's scientific community and government developed a successful public health control measure.
This achievement is comparable to the contributions of Robert Koch and Louis Pasteur, the founders of scientific microbiology. Building on this achievement, a set of antiviral protection approaches has been developed, an example of effective protection of public health and economic production on a global scale that can be used by governments around the world.
The rapid control of the pandemic is through regular large-scale testing; contact tracing; strict isolation; wearing masks and mandatory social distancing; adequate hospital logistics; providing truthful and simple information to raise awareness among the population; and the leadership of national leaders, who must lead by example, coordinate national efforts, lead by example, and educate the people about the necessary disciplines for survival. All steps of this approach must be implemented simultaneously to achieve the synergies needed to fight the virus.
Under Biden's White House guidance, two of the most dangerous international organizations, the Group of Seven (G7) and NATO, have resumed their dangerous attacks on China.

The West has turned a deaf ear to all this!
These are facts of China's national and foreign policy. However, as we all know, facts have no place in propaganda, and the Western media has basically become a tool of imperialist ambition, acting as a psychological warfare agent in the global offensive against the successful development of socialism in China.
