There are four items on the agenda of this Standing Committee meeting:

Lu Jianhua, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and director of the Supervision Commission, made a report by the Rong'an County Supervision Commission on the "Supervision and Supervision of Poverty Alleviation".
Lu Jianhua pointed out that this is the first time since the establishment of the Rong'an County Supervision Commission in 2018 that the special work has been reported to the Standing Committee of the Rong'an County People's Congress. The report pointed out that the Rong'an County Supervision Commission, based on its supervisory duties, highlighted overall planning and linkage, persisted in grasping special classes, adapting measures to local conditions, and supervising and promoting supervision, and promoted supervision responsibility to the end; highlighted systematic governance, strengthened the strength of the area, targeted force, and the main responsibility, and condensed the joint force of supervision for poverty alleviation; highlighted the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, strengthened the investigation and handling of cases, promoted reform and education and guidance with cases, and improved the comprehensive efficiency of punishing corruption; highlighted the orientation of problems, grasped the in-depth overall planning, tackled shortcomings, and rectified and implemented, and consolidated and expanded the results of poverty alleviation; highlighted strict management and love. Promote the forward movement of the threshold, tolerate and correct mistakes, and clarify the correct name, create a good atmosphere for officials to start a business, and run supervision and supervision through the entire process of poverty alleviation. Since 2018, the county's supervision organs have investigated a total of 731 clues in the field of poverty alleviation, and given 53 government sanctions, involving 10 section-level cadres, to escort the work of poverty alleviation.

After the report was completed, Xiao Suqing stressed: The Supervision Commission's report on special work to the Standing Committee of the People's Congress at the same level is an important part of deepening the reform of the state supervision system, an important measure for implementing the Constitution Supervision Law and applying the rule of law thinking and rule of law method to carry out anti-corruption work; it embodies the organic unity of upholding the party's centralized and unified leadership and consciously accepting supervision by the people's congress; and it embodies the organic unity of comprehensively deepening reform, comprehensively ruling the country according to law, and comprehensively and strictly administering the party.
Xiao Suqing pointed out that this is the first time that the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress has heard and deliberated the special work report of the County Supervision Commission, which is a new attempt at work and is of great significance to deepening the reform of the state supervision system and enriching and perfecting the system of people's congresses.
Previously, in order to make relevant preparations for listening to and deliberating the report, the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress also formed a research group to conduct a special investigation and investigation of the county's poverty alleviation supervision and supervision work.
Comrade Huang Yan, chairman of the Social Construction Committee of the County People's Congress, made a research report on "Service and Guarantee Work for Veterans in Rong'an County" at the meeting.
