"The bag is covered with grass, and the door is guarded by a dog, just like the atmosphere between villages." This is the Qing Dynasty people's comment on the beautiful mood of this poem. Today, when we read the poem "Wild Dead Bird", it is generally considered to be a love poem about the love of men and women. A young man who was a hunter carefully packed the captured roe deer in white thatch solemnly gave it to the girl of his choice. The girl agreed to his confession, and the man may have been too reckless during the meeting, so the girl instructed him: "Please don't worry, don't panic, don't touch my apron, don't lead the dog to bark." ”
The psalm uses narrative techniques to vividly present the bold and enthusiastic love process of young men and women to the reader. Originally this was a very beautiful picture of love. However, the historical impression of the poem "Wild Dead Bird" is not so, and the poem is very controversial in both the "Guofeng Zhaonan" and the entire "Book of Poetry". Especially in "Two South", it is very special and very different. The variety of angles of interpretation of the poem dazzles the reader. The general impression has always been that the poem "Wild Dead Fish" has always been regarded as a poem praising the two emotions of "women rebelling against rudeness" and flogging "men's rudeness".

It does not include some interpretations of Fang Yurun himself and others that he basically approves.
So, how does Fang Yurun view the poetry of this poem? He believes that the theme of this poem is to express that "this must be a high man who embraces Pu Huaizhen and refuses to come out and use the world, so he entrusts himself with the words of thanks to the sages of the world who seek talents." In Fang Yurun's view, this poem is a poem in which Gao Shi pretends to be a man and a woman to express his desire to live in seclusion and not to be out of the world. Fang Yurun interprets the poem through the level of metaphor. He believes that because "there are dead birds in the wild", it can be "white grass to wrap up", and because "there are female huaichun", it can be "seduced by jishi". But now it is "there are women like jade", how do you tempt? Once a person has a firm belief, no matter how you tempt me, I will not move.
Under this verse is "comfortable and free!" I don't feel like I'm fucking! No solitude barks! And how to explain it? Fang Yurun explained this as follows: "Erjishi indulges in seducing me, can I forbid Er to be unencivated?" When I also hope that when Er enters the mountain to beckon, Gu Xu comes with clouds, do not wear my clothes, do not lead me to bark, and do not surprise the ape crane in the mountain. This interpretation is indeed unexpected by many readers, even Fang Yurun himself said, "This poetry is extremely deep and the words are very gentle, so it is difficult for readers to understand." "And the average reader? However, Fang Yurun's interpretation of this poem is indeed unique, and it is refreshing after reading, and his interpretation seems to be nothing wrong.
For many people, most of them are poetry on poetry, and even look at the meaning of the text, which is generally intuitively interpreted. Many people interpret this poem in this way, regardless of the purpose of the poem, the level and height are roughly the same, and the content of the poem is viewed from the level of male and female love. The five misinterpretations of this poem listed by Fang Yurun are actually first positioned in the love poem, and then from the height of science to examine the behavior of young men and women, thinking that it is not in line with etiquette, pretending to be "obscene poems", "evil and rude", "women are chaste and self-guarding, not defiled". Reading the psalms carefully, these explanations are contradictory and difficult to justify themselves, and Fang Yurun is quite critical of this.
The formation of the book of poetry is from the early years of the Western Zhou Dynasty to the middle of the Spring and Autumn Period, this period of social form is still a slave society, it is also the embryonic and initial formation of etiquette, the concept of etiquette in people's minds is not as clear as later, the constraints on people are not as strict as in the later feudal society, the love life of men and women is still relatively open and free, and some of the poems in the "Book of Poetry • Chen Feng" are good examples. Reading this poem without such an era background will naturally not lead to convincing conclusions. From today's standpoint, its approach is tantamount to parodying the classics.
