The trainees first came to CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., visited the production workshop and the science and technology culture exhibition center, learned the knowledge of science popularization, and listened to the historical evolution and industrial prospects of the rail transit industry. In CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute, each component reflects the company's strong independent research and development and innovation capabilities, and has simultaneously realized the complete construction of design, manufacturing and test platform. In Hunan Province and the first state-level manufacturing innovation center in the rail transit industry, the National Advanced Rail Transit Equipment Innovation Center, the trainees learned more about the innovative development of the rail transit industry chain through on-site visits and listening to explanations. At the China Power Valley Exhibition Center, the trainees had a comprehensive understanding of the three major power industries of rail transit, general aviation, new energy vehicles and the achievements of Zhuzhou City.
