Arthur needs to cool down the reduced attribute, so an extremely cold storm should be a good choice.
As for the 5% cooldown reduction that is still short, it is also very simple, which we can make up for with the inscription (the 10 Void attributes are +375 maximum health, +6% cooldown reduction).
The fourth piece of equipment I chose is the Eye of the Undead Bird, whose bloodline passive can take Arthur, who has strong recovery abilities, to the next level. The fifth piece of equipment I will still choose to counter-injure the stinger, because for pure meat heroes, its effect is still very strong.
There's a grid left, and if the opposite spell damage is high, we can choose the Witch Cloak or the Eternal Night Guard, or if Arthur needs to add some output and mobility, we can choose the Tyrannical Armor. Of course, we can also use the sixth grid to make a life-saving suit, such as the resurrection armor, such as the Blood Devil's Wrath.
