As "Double Eleven" approached, the Henan Consumers Association issued a consumption reminder, calling on consumers to reduce impulsive consumption, advanced consumption, conspicuous consumption, luxury consumption and extravagant waste, and advocate a green, low-carbon, civilized and healthy lifestyle and consumption model.
The Provincial Consumer Association recommends that consumers make shopping lists in advance according to their actual needs, be vigilant against price traps, and avoid impulsive consumption. When shopping, consumers should choose e-commerce with a large scale of operation, a high degree of credibility, complete business qualifications, and high consumer evaluation, and be cautious about using the credit products launched by the merchants to prevent routine loans.
Consumers should pay attention to saving shopping vouchers in the process of online shopping, and once there is a consumer dispute, they can choose to protect their rights through the customer service of the online trading platform, or call 12315 to complain to the consumer association department to protect their rights.
