In 2015, knowing that the Southwest Maintenance Center was recruiting maintenance personnel, Zhou Wen resolutely gave up his career of working hard in the society for many years and joined the equipment maintenance team of the Southwest Maintenance Center. Because he studied English during college and entered the field of maintenance, Zhou Wen did not understand the maintenance of vehicle equipment at all, but he was favored by Comrade Wu Xianzhong, a senior technician in the province, as a key training object for fire vehicle equipment talents, the reason for his selection was: to work seriously and manually. Under Wu Xianzhong's "help, transmission, belt", in the face of complex automobile maintenance theory and technical parameters, Zhou Wen has made a qualitative leap in his own quality and skills in the middle of learning, and has now become the backbone of the southwest maintenance center and a business expert.
In the past 7 years, Zhou Wen has participated in the maintenance and support of vehicle equipment at many large-scale rescue sites, especially driving more than 2,000 kilometers a year to carry out fire fighting vehicle equipment maintenance work in 21 detachments in the province, and in the past three years, he has maintained more than 60 vehicles, 2150 pieces of equipment, and 9450 troubleshooting in the province's inspections.
