Since 1937, countless heroes have been born on the land of China, they all fight in their own way against the enemy army, even if the environment is difficult and the days are hard, they must seize every opportunity to give the Japanese army a heavy blow. Just 77 years ago, after Ouyang Boping, a generation of anti-Japanese heroes and sharpshooters, sacrificed his life to the great victory, countless officers and soldiers shed tears. They shed tears not out of sadness, but out of anger.
Born in Hunan in 1912, Ouyang Boping joined the army at an early age, and after the outbreak of the War of Resistance, he led the troops everywhere to fight against the Japanese army and defend national peace. The northeast region was the breakthrough point of the Japanese army, and the jidong region was in the position of the throat road, and almost all the Japanese troops and military supplies were transported to the major theaters through the eastern Hebei. Therefore, Ouyang Boping's twelve regiments played the role of annihilating the Kwantung Guard, and his role in that classic ambush battle was undoubtedly enormous.
In 1942, when Ouyang Poping's friend Li Fangzhou was killed in Xiaojiazhuang near the 12th Regiment, Ouyang Poping received orders from above that their troops need to camp in the area of Pengjiawa Village to prepare for the Japanese army that was coming at any time. Sure enough, not long after they arrived, spies from the reconnaissance battalion in the front came to report that the ace squadron of the Japanese army, the "Changsheng Army," was about to come to the front of our army, and that the "Changsheng Army", which had participated in the First World War, not only had rich combat experience, but also had very sophisticated weapons and equipment.
However, Ouyang Boping was not afraid at all, no matter whether he was a "winning army" or an "undefeated army", since he had come, let's stay. Therefore, Ouyang Boping quickly gathered his team, issued combat orders, and tried to "eat" this Japanese army in one go. Unexpectedly, this Japanese army really lived up to its name, not only avoiding several ambush points in succession, but also directly bypassing Ouyang Boping's Longzi Mountain from both sides. However, Ouyang Boping was not a vegetarian either, and he led the whole battalion of soldiers, relying on the favorable terrain of the courtyard and the streets, to shoot fiercely at the Japanese army in all corners of the city.
The Japanese army had to retreat to longzi mountain before Meng Gongde, but in a hurry, they just stepped into the encirclement circle set up by our army in advance, and under the command of Ouyang Poping, our army gradually encroached on a small group of enemies and sent strange troops to raid the rear of the enemy army. After a period of fighting, the ace army "Changsheng Army" was completely annihilated by our army, capturing a heavy machine gun, a small steel cannon, six crooked machine guns and more than 70 long and short guns, and Ouyang Boping himself killed more than 30 enemy troops. Just as everyone was celebrating the victory of the battle, Gao Liping, Ouyang Poping's guard, came over.
Gao Lizhong held the captured pistol in his hand and wanted to dedicate it to Ouyang Boping to play with, but with a gunshot, the smile on Ouyang Boping's face froze, and he fell to the ground with a thud and never woke up again. The incident happened suddenly, and everyone did not react, but they still subconsciously arrested Gao Lizhong. According to Gao Lizhong, it was the accidental misfire of the gun that caused Ouyang Boping to be shot, not deliberate murder, but according to the military regulations at that time, Gao Lizhong was still put to justice on the spot, and the whole camp was crying for Ouyang Boping's death.
Ouyang Boping's remains are buried in the North China Martyrs Cemetery in Shijiazhuang, because he sacrificed his body for 77 years, there have been no relatives to worship, so later generations called him "Bare Stick Martyr". The cause of Ouyang Boping's death is a mystery, and no one knows what Gao Lizhong's gun was fired for.
