Rooney and Draymond Green came up to the basket to take points, Wiggins hit a three-pointer, Green hit a mid-range shot, dunked, hit a three-pointer, and the Warriors started 15-9. Green scored 11 points in the quarter, after which Curry and Chiosa also hit long-range shots, and the Warriors led 28-20 in the first quarter. In the second quarter, Bjelica made a layup, and Moses Moody and Porter made two jumpers to give the Warriors a 35-20 lead to 15 points. Thunder rookie Josh Gidey broke through back-to-back and Jerome hit a three-pointer. The Warriors' side of Poole scored five consecutive points, Curry broke through to the layup, Wiggins continued to make two three-pointers, and the Warriors led 51-34. Alexander exploded in the last minute, with the Thunder trailing 44-55 in the first half.

Curry then assisted on Wiggins' long-range shot and connected Wayne Rooney to score. The Thunder scored just 14 points in the quarter, while Curry alone hit five three-pointers to score 15 points, giving the Warriors an 82-58 lead of 24 points in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, four three-pointers by Bjelica, Poole and Porter directly extended the point difference to 30 points, and the game lost suspense.

Curry had 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists, Poole 14 points and 4 assists, Green 14 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists, Wiggins 14 points, Rooney 7 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks, Porter 10 points, Iguodala 0 points and 10 rebounds, and Bjelica 6 points and 8 rebounds.

The Thunder shot just 35 percent, With Alexander having 15 points and five rebounds, Gidy 10 points and six assists and Dort 14 points.
