Yunnan Agricultural University "Microbiology" course group to "Lide tree people" as the fundamental task, the establishment of "student development as the center" teaching concept, focusing on improving the quality of classroom teaching, cultivating high-quality professionals, after 20 years of hard work, in 2010 to build a bilingual demonstration course in Yunnan Province, in 2013 won the second prize of Yunnan Provincial Teaching Achievements. In recent years, through the continuous progress of educational concepts and educational ideas, the continuous integration of educational theory and educational practice, and the continuous improvement of teaching methods and teaching effects, a new teaching model of "three unifications" of teaching ideas, theories and methods has been constructed, and the continuous improvement of teaching and the quality of talent training have been greatly improved, and in 2020, the "Microbiology" (bilingual) course was recognized by the Ministry of Education as a national first-class offline golden course, which has played a significant role in the cultivation of characteristic professional talents.
First, educational thinking and educational concepts continue to make progress, build a curriculum ideological and political education system, and significantly play the role of curriculum education
In accordance with the "four haves" good teacher standard proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the "Microbiology" course group of Yunnan Agricultural University has continuously strengthened the research of teaching theory and technology, implemented teaching ideas, changed teaching concepts, improved teaching methods, and strived to become an excellent teacher who unifies advanced teaching ideas, teaching theories and teaching methods, continuously improved the teaching effect of the curriculum, and gave full play to the function of curriculum education. In the process of implementing the teaching reform project, we take the initiative to dock the new needs of social and economic development, fully consider the new characteristics of college students in the new era, and effectively transform the previous teaching based on knowledge transmission into teaching that unifies knowledge, ability and values; integrate the philosophy of ecological education into teaching, carefully sort out the ideological and political elements of the curriculum knowledge system, guide students to fully understand the relationship between humans and microorganisms, establish a biological idea of ecosystem and ecological balance, and form a way of thinking that respects the laws of nature and acts according to the law.
"Microbiology" (bilingual) has established a curriculum ideological and political case database, using "telling stories, telling characters, one chapter and one case, one lesson and one reflection" and other methods to integrate ideological and political elements into teaching activities, realizing the organic combination of "teaching" and "educating people"; integrating scientific inquiry ideas into the whole process of teaching, focusing on introducing major theories and technological innovations into teaching, explaining scientific problems and innovative practices clearly, and vigorously cultivating students' innovative qualities; in the design of experimental courses, greatly reducing verifiatory experiments. Encourage students to take the initiative to think about problems, take the initiative to design experimental content, and constantly cultivate and exercise students' ability to innovate. In recent years, graduates of Microbiology (bilingual) have won more than 100 national, provincial and ministerial double innovation projects, and 26 national, provincial and ministerial double innovation awards; the employment rate of graduates majoring in agronomy, plant protection and biotechnology has reached 91.8% in the past three years, and the year-end employment rate has reached 99.6%; the results of the results of the quality survey of student training in the past three sessions show that the overall fits the goal of professional talent training, the degree of social recognition is high, and the professional knowledge learned by students helps 95% to solve practical problems. The degree of basic compliance between the professional knowledge learned by the students and the comprehensive needs of the workplace reached 92.5%, and the satisfaction of the employer with the three majors was 100%.

The teaching of the Microbiology (Bilingual) course is guided by advanced teaching ideas, problem-oriented (PBL), results-oriented (OBE) as the requirements, fully considering the new era of popularization of higher education and the new characteristics of changes in the way students acquire knowledge, fully integrating into networked modern education technology, flexibly using constructivist education theory to guide teaching practice, carefully designing classroom teaching, establishing online and offline online platforms, online and offline hybrid, virtual and practical complementary, Wisdom leads the way to fully stimulate students' subjective initiative and enthusiasm for active learning, independent learning and cooperative learning.
The teaching of the "Microbiology" (bilingual) course integrates the "three elements", introduces the "three combinations", creates the "three learning", grasps the "three upgrades", realizes the "three transformations", obtains the "three capabilities", achieves the "four ups", realizes the "five combinations", and builds a new model of "three rings", "seven steps" and "six new" intelligent classroom teaching. The new model of smart classroom teaching focuses on the learning process, carries out diversified process evaluation, breaks the time and space restrictions, stimulates learning interest in multiple dimensions, improves the teaching effect at multiple levels, improves the breadth, depth and difficulty of the course in an all-round way, comprehensively improves the high-order, innovative and challenging degree of the course, and achieves the professional training goal of organic integration of knowledge, ability, value and feelings.
Yunnan Agricultural University will be the reform of the "microbiology (bilingual) curriculum to explore the new model of teaching in the whole school to fully practice and promote, the school 79 majors a total of 5515 courses, the establishment of extracurricular learning system, the implementation of teaching mode reform of the number of courses 2952, accounting for 53.5%, the formation of an overall synergy, to help the professional development of the teaching team, the cultivation of a number of outstanding teachers, to achieve the curriculum service in professional construction and the cultivation of new agricultural talents goals.
