In the beginning, the two started as a tea house. After accumulating assets, in the 1990s, the two opened a furniture city in Huangpu Town, which was originally named "Debao".

Death Verdict
On May 18, 2015, the court ruled that He Kunyu's whereabouts were unknown since he left home in 2009, that he had been at trial for four years, that his whereabouts were still unknown one year after the court issued a search announcement, and that he met the statutory conditions for his death.
