　　On October 29, 2021, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province adopted,

　　Decides to appoint:

　　Li Yugang is the vice governor of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province;

　　Chen Zhe is the director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province;

　　Zhang Yunkai is the director of the Department of Veterans Affairs of Heilongjiang Province.

　　Decided to dispense with:

　　Xu Jianguo's position as Vice Governor of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province;

　　Zhang Lina's position as Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province;

　　Xi Dongguang held the position of director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Veterans Affairs Department.
