Diao Haiming graduated from the 93rd class of the Acting Department of the Central Academy of Drama, and after graduation, he stayed in school for further study, became a doctor of drama and opera, and is now a teacher of the director of the Film and Television Department of the Central Academy of Drama.

In 1997, he graduated from the Performance Department of the Central Academy of Drama with a bachelor's degree in literature (art). In 2002, he obtained a master's degree in drama and drama from the Central Academy of Drama. In 2000, he was the first lecturer of the first undergraduate acting class of the Meishi Film School of Chongqing University.
From 2002 to 2005, he taught in the Department of Television Arts, Central Academy of Drama. Proposed and presided over the establishment of the Central Academy of Drama Television Arts Department radio and television program host major. In 2005, he joined the Faculty of Acting.
In the 2006 TV series "Soldier Assault", he played Tuo Yonggang, and was loved by the audience because he perfectly interpreted the role of Tuo Yonggang in "Soldier Assault".
At 23:10 on December 9, 2017, he died at the age of 45 due to heart failure caused by a long-term illness and ineffective rescue. Heaven envy talents, may heaven be free of sickness!
