A joint lawsuit by 10 U.S. states demands that the Biden administration stop enforcing the vaccine injunction

On October 29, local time, with the addition of Wyoming, 10 states, including Missouri, Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota and South Dakota, jointly filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, accusing the government of forcing federal contractors and federal contract employees to be vaccinated against the new crown.

The lawsuit disputes the Biden administration's use of federal procurement regulations to enforce vaccinations, saying this "apparently extreme federal ultra vires" must be ended. The coalition said the Biden administration's executive order on September 2, 2021, usurped police powers in U.S. states, violated the Tenth Amendment and federalism, procurement laws, and administrative procedure laws, and was an unconstitutional exercise of power.

In addition to this, the governor of Florida announced that the state has formally filed a lawsuit against the federal government over Biden's mandatory COVID-19 vaccine order. The White House responded that Biden's "vaccine requirements are valid" and that Biden has the power to enforce them. (CCTV reporter Xu Tao)
