Noodle lungs are a folk special flavor snack of Ili in Xinjiang. Because the ingredients in it are different, the shapes are different, and it looks ugly, at first I resisted. Therefore, after coming to Xinjiang for so many years, I have never been interested in trying.
I once heard a friend say that after drinking wine, eat a bowl of hot noodles, and the effect of decanting is immediate.
Face lungs, when I went to Han Ren Street before, I could see it everywhere, and at that time, I felt a headache when I looked at it more. But since seeing my friends punch in the lungs of the blue wall of Liguang Street in Yining City again and again, my thinking has slowly changed.
Last year, seeing the circle of friends sent by Ouyang Canjie, mentioning the lungs on the blue wall, it suddenly aroused my desire for it. I secretly made countless vows in my heart, I must taste it tomorrow, and the wind and rain will blow. Early the next morning, I didn't know the route, so I left a message to Sister Can's WeChat: "Sister, send me the detailed address of the lungs on the blue wall." Sister Can immediately replied to me, afraid that I did not know the route, and drew a detailed map, which almost moved me to cry. But that day, because the store did not open on Monday, it was finally lost.
Some time ago, after reading an essay written by zhang Xiyan, a famous writer in Yili, "Face Lung, The Tongue Tip Code of Ili People", I had a new understanding of the opposite lung, especially the blue wall lung.

The room is simple, with only 10 dining tables, a stove in the middle, and a long smoke tube around the house, as if dancing happily to welcome you. Not long after I sat down, a kazakh big brother came across from me, dressed in a security uniform, looking like a regular customer, eating with relish, and while eating, he said to me: "Boy, you have come to the right place, the noodles and lungs here are very delicious!" Give a thumbs up as you speak. I took a few bites, no smell, and after quickly eliminating one bowl, I refilled two more bowls of soup myself.
When I wrote this, I unconsciously took out my mobile phone and navigated the location of the lungs on the blue wall, 96 kilometers away from the village team I was in, and it took about 1 hour and 46 minutes to drive.
