Case 1
On October 28, 2021, when the law enforcement personnel of the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted an epidemic prevention and control inspection at a certain agricultural products company in Yongchang County, they found that the commodities sold in the stores of the parties (vegetables, rice, edible oil, fruits, flour, etc.) did not indicate the name, place of origin, specifications, pricing unit, price, etc. of the goods in accordance with the regulations. The parties' conduct was suspected of violating the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 42 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China and the provisions of Article 13 (1) of the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations, the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties to immediately correct the price violations in accordance with the law, and proposed to impose an administrative penalty of 4,000 yuan.
Case 2
On October 28, 2021, when the law enforcement personnel of the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted an epidemic prevention and control inspection in a supermarket in Yongchang County, they found that the vegetables and prepackaged food sold by the store were not clearly marked according to the regulations. According to the provisions of Article 42 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties to immediately correct the price violations in accordance with the law, and proposed to impose an administrative penalty of 2,000 yuan.
Case 3
On October 24, 2021, when law enforcement officers of the Yongchang County Market Supervision Bureau conducted an epidemic prevention and control inspection at a department store in Chengguan Town, Yongchang County, they found that the 84 disinfectant liquid operated by the store exceeded the validity period. According to article 17 (2) of the Regulations of Gansu Province on the Investigation and Handling of the Production and Sale of Counterfeit and Shoddy Commodities, the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties to immediately correct the illegal acts of operating goods that exceeded the validity period in accordance with the law, and proposed to impose the following administrative penalties: 1. Case 4
On October 27, 2021, when the law enforcement personnel of the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted an epidemic prevention and control inspection at a supermarket in Chengguan Town, Yongchang County, they found that some of the goods sold in the parties' stores were not clearly marked according to the regulations. The conduct of the parties violated the provisions of the first paragraph of article 13 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, because the number of commodities involved in the case was small and the circumstances were minor, the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, in accordance with the principle of combining punishment and education, in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties to immediately correct the price violations in accordance with the law, and imposed an administrative penalty of 200 yuan on the spot.
Case 5
On October 27, 2021, when the law enforcement personnel of the Yongchang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted an epidemic prevention and control inspection at a commercial bank in Hexibao Town, Yongchang County, they found that the parties had not established a purchase inspection record system for the purchase of food, and the parties' behavior violated the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 53 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
