After graduating with a master's degree in 2011, he came to Guangdong and devoted himself to the front-line biology education in Dongguan (Note: The author once taught at Dongguan No. 5 Senior High School), and then returned to his alma mater to pursue a doctoral degree in biological education.

Many people around you said, "You have already obtained a doctorate, and you have many years of experience in education and teaching, you can choose to work and develop in universities, continue to do educational academic research work, why did you choose to return to Dongguan to be an ordinary first-line biology teacher?" Looking back at the job search experience, it seems that there is an indissoluble relationship with Dongguan.

During the doctoral graduation job search season, I accidentally received a push from a postdoctoral fellow at the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences - the recruitment announcement of a new school in Dongguan, she is the future school of Dongguan Songshan Lake, a seed of future education that has sprouted on the banks of The Land of Guanyi and Songhu. This contributed to my "return".

Returning to Dongguan, a familiar hot land of education, I hope to apply the educational concepts and research methods learned in the four years of doctoral study in front-line education and teaching, so that the theory can take root, and the concept of education should serve and be applied to practice and promote each other with practice in order to play its due value.

This is also the reason why I continued to choose further education, after 6 years of work, I deeply felt that my own educational theory was weak, and my teaching encountered some bottlenecks, so in order to strengthen the learning of theoretical knowledge and research methods in pedagogy, I continued to pursue doctoral studies.

What is the relationship between teaching, teaching and research? This may be a complex problem worth pondering and studying, but the most fundamental logic is that the three do not exist in isolation, nor are they a separate relationship. I think that excellent and outstanding teachers are definitely not only a good teacher, but also need to stand at a high position based on subject attributes and educational research perspectives, think about the original appearance of education and the laws behind it through superficial phenomena, teaching and research in turn strengthen the guidance of teaching practice, the three are interrelated, spiral growth, layer by layer promotion.

The exchanges with these famous teachers have made me gain a lot, and I also realize the gap between myself and the famous teachers, and this has also allowed me to establish a new coordinate of my teaching career and keep moving forward!
