Manchester United duo Bailey and Van der Beek are annoyed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's lack of playing time this season.
The Red Devils are currently in poor form, having won just three of their last nine games.
Their 5-0 defeat to rivals Liverpool left many United fans calling for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's ouster after scoring just one point in their last four Premier League games.
Despite the club's recent good form, neither Bailly nor Van de Beek have been able to start in the Premier League this season.
Late last month, when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer chose Fred and Jesse Lingard to replace him, Van der Beek reacted violently at the end of the Red Devils' 2-1 win over Villarreal.
Since the incident, there have been rumours that Van de Beek will try to leave the club again in the January transfer window after playing just five minutes in the Premier League this season.
The Dutchman has started two games this season – one in the Champions League and one in the League Cup – while Bailey has started just one in the League Cup.
Now the Sun reports that the pair are "seeking assurances for their future after feeling banished to Premier League clubs".
Bailey was said to have failed to start earlier this month in an away game against Leicester City, and he was "particularly angry" when Harry Maguire returned from injury.
The Ivorian international now "wonders why he was recently encouraged to sign a new contract" and "there is some sympathy within the squad for both players".
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still reportedly backed by the club's board, but any major missteps in the next three games – against Tottenham Hotspur, Atalanta and Manchester City – could mean the end of his reign at Manchester United.
The Suns added that his work is "now pending" and that "if the results and performances cannot exceed these three games, then Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is likely to do so".
