Huang Enquan painfully recalled that at about 8 a.m. on July 14, 2008, he suddenly received a phone call from his brother from his hometown saying that a fire broke out in his home and his 2-year-old daughter Huang Ying was burned to death. ”
Putting down the phone, Huang Enquan immediately told his girlfriend Zhao Xingmin, and the two immediately took the train to their hometown.
In the meantime, his family told him that he had planned to use an ice coffin to pack the yellow warblers and wait for them to return home for burial, but the power was cut off that day. Faced with this situation, Huang Enquan agreed to be buried first. That night, the yellow warbler was buried in a bamboo forest about 2 kilometers from home.

Huang Enquan said that what he couldn't figure out most was the strange fire, there were no matches at home, only lighters for mosquito coils, they had taken the lighter to the 2-and-a-half-year-old boy to play, let him burn, tried many times, the other party could not play to play and could not burn.
Huang Enquan said that he also did experiments, lighting mosquito coils and throwing them at a bed of old cotton wool, but the result was that it did not burn for nearly an hour.

Huang Enquan called the police on 110 for help, suspecting that his daughter had been burned to death by someone who had set herself on fire.
After receiving the police, the local police attached great importance to it, and the police immediately rushed to the scene to investigate.
On the afternoon of July 19 of the same year, the police dug up Huang Ying's grave, and the forensic doctor opened the coffin for autopsy, found smoke and dust in her throat, and concluded that she was burned by fire.
However, Huang Enquan suspected that the father and son of the Tang family were responsible for the crime, so on September 21, 2012, he filed a complaint with the Chishui Municipal Public Security Bureau, requesting that the case be reopened and investigated and the two be held criminally responsible.
On December 26 of the same year, the bureau issued a notice of non-filing of the case, saying that the Tang family father and son he had filed a complaint against were suspected of intentional homicide, "After review, our bureau believes that the behavior of the two is not a crime, and according to relevant regulations, it has decided not to file a case." ”

In September 2019, the court replied to him that on June 17 of the same year, they received a case in which he reported that his daughter Huang Ying was burned to death, and the Chishui City Public Security Bureau Datong Police Station did not file and investigate the materials, and after the court filed and supervised and reviewed the file materials, the Yellow Warbler was burned to death at home on the same day due to fire, and the family cleaned up the fire scene and buried the body on the same day, on July 18 of the same year, the Chishui City Public Security Bureau promptly organized an investigation after receiving the report, because the fire scene was destroyed, no valuable clues were found. On July 19 of the same year, the forensic doctor conducted an open coffin autopsy on Huang Ying's body and determined that she was burned to death, and the Chishui City Public Security Bureau made a decision not to file the case, "Our hospital believes that in the case of Huang Ying's being burned to death, according to the existing evidence, it cannot be determined that she was retaliated against by others, and the Chishui City Public Security Bureau made a correct decision not to file the case." ”
