1: Heat the pan with oil, fry the shrimp head and fish out the shrimp oil
2、 Add the southern ginger in hot oil, add the white onion and tomatoes and stir-fry until the white onion becomes transparent and put it aside (another pot used here)
3: Add water, small peppers, lemongrass, small corn, mushrooms and tofu to shrimp oil, boil and add Tom Yin Gong sauce
4: Add the freshly sautéed tomatoes and white onion and continue to simmer
5. Add the shrimp and squid after 5 minutes
6, pour in 400ml of coconut milk, and stir, at the same time add a little fish sauce, too much fish sauce is easy to smell, remember to control the amount
