Moses Malone (March 23, 1955 – September 13, 2015) was a former American professional basketball player who played as a center.

In 2001, Moses Malone was inducted into the Nye Smith Basketball Hall of Fame. His No. 24 jersey was retired by the Rockets. On September 13, 2015, Moses Malone died of illness at the age of 60. On February 9, 2019, the 76ers officially retired Moses Malone's No. 2 jersey.
