In the 24 years since serving in the police, Palhati has consciously played an exemplary and leading role, innovated and carried out party building work, and continuously enhanced the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations.

"Whatever is asked of others, you must do it yourself." In his daily work and life, Palhati demanded of himself.
During the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, when Palhati visited, he found that the people in remote villages were inconvenient to live, and reported to the Party Committee of the Luntai County Public Security Bureau in time to distribute daily necessities to the masses. Palhati has distributed more than 600 daily necessities to the people in remote villages, amounting to more than 400,000 yuan, which has been unanimously praised by the local people. "I am a member of the Communist Party, and it is my duty to help the masses solve their problems." Palhati said.
Grassroots police work is busy, and it is difficult for party members to study together. Palhati innovated the "offline + online" learning model, led all party members of the party branch to carry out political theory learning through mobile video conferencing software, and encouraged party members to consciously carry out self-study.
Palhati actively innovated and carried out party building work, and successively formulated the "Party Branch Work Specification", "Practical Manual for Developing Party Members", "Party Branch Deliberation Specification", etc., and popularized and applied it in various departments and units in Luntai County.
In recent years, Palhati has held 24 training courses on the ability to serve the masses and the knowledge of party affairs, trained 1,200 police officers, and went deep into various police stations (rooms) to carry out 123 door-to-door delivery classes.

After learning of Aishan's situation, Palhati immediately reported to the party committee of the Luntai County Public Security Bureau, and after obtaining his consent, transferred Aishan to work at the Yangxia Town police station near his home.
"After being transferred to the Yangxia Town police station, it was more convenient for me to take care of my parents. I must perform well, strive to join the party as soon as possible, and be as good as Big Brother Palhati. Aisan said.
"Our police have been working in the frontline for a long time, and it is inevitable that they will encounter some difficulties in life. We must solve the problem in light of the actual situation, let the police work with peace of mind, and make the combat effectiveness of this team stronger and stronger. Palhati said.
Serve the masses with heart
Doing a good job, doing meticulous work, and doing solid mass work with heart and affection is the "key" to entering the hearts of the masses.
In August 2020, flash floods broke out, leaving more than 20 herders stranded in the mountains for 3 days with little supplies left. Upon hearing the news, Palhati immediately led the police to deliver daily necessities to the trapped herders, who risked their lives several times to rush through the torrent. Further on, the mountain road is rugged and the vehicles cannot pass, so Palhati took the lead in carrying the daily necessities and walked for 4 hours to deliver the supplies to the trapped herders.
In the face of the sudden outbreak of new crown pneumonia, Palhati took the lead in setting up a party member volunteer service team at the Yangxia Town police station, relying on the e-commerce platform to provide residents with "e-commerce platform + door-to-door delivery" convenience services.
In recent years, Palhati has led party members and cadres to visit more than 30,000 households (homes) of the masses and units, investigate and resolve more than 1,300 contradictions and disputes, and discover and supervise the rectification of more than 800 potential safety hazards.
With practical actions, Palhati has established a good image of a party member cadre and interpreted the vivid connotation of party building work in the new era.
