On October 30, the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, attracted attention.

At the meeting, it was reported that the epidemic situation in Heihe, Heilongjiang has developed rapidly since the report on October 27, and according to the current flow adjustment and virus sequencing results, the epidemic is not related to the recent local epidemic in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other provinces and regions, and it is a new epidemic caused by imported viruses.

According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission on the morning of the 30th, as of 24:00 on the 29th, there were 36 locally confirmed cases in Heilongjiang Province, and 1 case of local asymptomatic infection, all in Aihui District, Heihe City.
However, on the afternoon of the 30th, Harbin City released the news that when the nucleic acid screening of the quarantined personnel in Heihe City arrived in Kazakhstan, it was found that a case of initial screening positive infection was found to be detected during the home isolation period and transferred to the Sixth Hospital of Harbin City in a closed loop.
Circulation surveys show that the case was in Heihe City from 15 to 17 October and from 21 to 24 October, and the rest of the time in Harbin City.

Since the first confirmed case was detected in Heihe City on October 27, the epidemic has developed rapidly.
At present, there are 2 high-risk areas and 24 medium-risk areas in China. Among them, there are 6 medium-risk areas in Aihui District of Heihe City (on October 29, Heihe City adjusted two communities to medium-risk areas, and from 00:00 on the 30th, 4 new communities were added as medium-risk areas).
On the 27th, there was 1 new local confirmed case in Aihui District of Heihe City, and 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection.
On the 28th, there were 9 new locally confirmed cases in Aihui District of Heihe City, including 3 cases from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases.
On the 29th, there were 26 new locally confirmed cases in Aihui District of Heihe City, and 1 new case of local asymptomatic infection.
On the afternoon of the 27th, Xu Qin, secretary of the provincial party committee and head of the provincial leading group for responding to the new crown pneumonia epidemic, presided over the 38th meeting of the provincial leading group for the response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the meeting of the provincial epidemic prevention and control headquarters.
Xu Qin said that there are positive infected people in Aihui District of Heihe City, our province, and the epidemic prevention and control is facing a severe situation, which must not be taken lightly, must not have a fluke mentality, must resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic, and quickly block the chain of epidemic transmission in Heihe.

The circular said that during this period, it may cause inconvenience to Heihe City household registration personnel who have lived outside for a long time and have left the local area for work, and in this case, they can contact the Heihe City Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the CDC will restore the "green code" in time according to the actual situation.
