Broaden employment channels, support innovation and entrepreneurship, enhance employability, optimize employment services... Not long ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other four departments issued the "Implementation Opinions on Supporting Hong Kong and Macao Youth to Find Employment and Entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", pointing out that it is necessary to continue to do a good job in the open recruitment of Hong Kong and Macao youth to participate in the public institutions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, allow qualified Hong Kong and Macao youth to sign up for the recruitment of the "three branches and one support" plan; provide targeted entrepreneurial training for Hong Kong and Macao youth who are willing to start a business; provide high-quality skills training for Hong Kong and Macao youth with training needs, and give vocational training subsidy support in accordance with regulations. A series of effective measures have provided support and convenience for Hong Kong and Macao youth to find employment and entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The vast number of young people in Hong Kong and Macao are the hope and future of Hong Kong and Macao, and are also an important force in building the country. In recent years, the central and local governments have introduced a series of policy measures to set up a ladder for the development of young people in Hong Kong and Macao and help them solve practical difficulties and problems encountered in employment and entrepreneurship. Qianhai has issued 20 policies to promote the entrepreneurship and life of young people in Hong Kong and Macao; public institutions in Guangdong Province have concentrated on the open recruitment of college graduates, more than 9,000 public institution positions in 9 cities in the Greater Bay Area have been opened to Hong Kong and Macao youth at the same time; major projects and platforms such as Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Design and Creative Industry Park, and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Center have attracted a large number of Hong Kong and Macao youth to innovate and start a business. According to public data on government websites, from February 2019 to April 2021, central and local governments at all levels have successively issued 231 relevant policy documents related to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, of which 23% are related to employment and entrepreneurship, which is the most concerned area.

The continuous deepening of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will open up a broader space for development and provide more significant development opportunities for the vast number of Hong Kong and Macao youth, and I believe that groups of young people in Hong Kong and Macao can seize the historical opportunity, give full play to their own advantages, sweat and contribute to the construction of a world-class bay area, and compose a new song of youth in the struggle.
