On October 29, the "Kangjie Spirit Forever Shines" tour lecture was held in the first lecture hall of the Party School of the Yuncheng City Party Committee. Du Li, a veteran media person and a native writer in Yuncheng, spoke fondly of the magnificent life of Jia Kangjie, a pioneer of the Hedong revolution, deeply displayed the history of party building and armed struggle in the early days of Yuncheng, and gave a vivid party lesson to those present. Jia Kangjie was the earliest and most influential communist in the southern Jin Dynasty. Before joining the party, he was a non-governmental educator, founded a primary school and five middle schools successively, and cultivated a large number of aspiring young people with new ideas and new culture, becoming the backbone of the revolutionary struggle in the future. In 1927, he resolutely joined the Communist Party of China in the bloody rain and wind of the "April 12" reactionary coup, became an important leader of the Hedong Party organization, was praised by Comrade Liu Shaoqi as the "mass leader" of Hedong, made outstanding contributions to the party building and armed struggle in Hedong, made immortal meritorious contributions, and sacrificed his precious life for it. On October 14, 1952, Chairman Mao Zedong inscribed on the title of the book "Commemorative Certificate for the Families of Revolutionary Soldiers Who Sacrificed": "Comrade Jia Kangjie made glorious sacrifices in the revolution, made great achievements, and will never be immortal", affirming and praising Jia Kangjie's brilliant life.
