Carelessly, Mango Station smelled the business opportunities that the culture of the Greater Bay Area was constantly popular, and felt that the revival of Hong Kong music had to be done, so it hit it off with TVB and jointly planned this "Hong Kong music version singer". The official declaration of this show is a "super S-rated" standard, it seems that this time it is finally found an alternative program to "Singer". Not surprisingly, after a year, "Sound and Endless" officially filled the pit of "Singer" in early 2022. I hope Mango Station will succeed this time.
Unlike "Singer", "Sound Is Endless" will not have senior big-name singers participating in the competition, similar to "the year of the fight", which may be more plain, all are new vocal singers. They will perform the Hong Kong Music Golden Song, and there will be 6 regular judges and several "legendary mentors" under the stage. Obviously, Tan Yonglin will definitely be present as a legendary mentor at that time, and hopes that Jacky Cheung, Chen Huixian, Lin Yilian and so on can come.
Although the track of "Sound and Endless" is not necessarily a Cantonese song, since it is a classic Hong Kong music, I believe it should still be based on Cantonese songs.
