In order to promote the prosperity and development of Weinan City's literary and artistic undertakings, understand the system creation team and creation status of cultural centers in various counties (cities and districts), grasp first-hand information, and continuously improve the level of literary and artistic creation in Weinan City, the Municipal Culture and Arts Center has recently conducted in-depth research on the literary and artistic creation of the city's cultural centers through field visits, symposiums, questionnaires, etc.
On October 22, led by Tian Jian, deputy director of the Municipal Culture and Arts Center, Yang Binghui, director of the Innovation and Research Office, Du Jiangpeng, director of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition and Learning Museum, and other relevant comrades went to the Dali County Cultural Center to conduct research on literary and artistic talents and creative achievements.
At the symposium, the research team made a comprehensive understanding of the dali county cultural center system of literary and artistic creation talent team, literary and artistic creation work and local literary and artistic resources, and carried out research activities in the form of questionnaires and discussions with business cadres. Tian Jian, deputy director of the center, stressed: We must grasp the first-hand information in a timely manner, make up for the shortcomings of literary and artistic creation, establish firm cultural self-confidence, and continuously improve the level of literary and artistic creation in our city.
Subsequently, Tian Jian and his party also inspected the intangible cultural heritage exhibition and learning hall under construction in Dali County, put forward opinions and suggestions on the layout of the exhibition hall and the display of exhibits, and then came to the home of Wang Xiaoxia, the inheritor of the provincial intangible cultural heritage protection project "Chaoyi Paper-cutting", to understand the production and survival of the project, and communicated and discussed the theme composition of the 2022 cover of Xiyue Magazine (Chaoyi Paper-cutting).
