On the morning of October 30, Cheng Kai, member of the party group, vice chairman and vice chairman of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, Zhang Zhenfei, deputy director of the Employment Service Guidance Center of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and Li Wei, deputy director of the Employment Service Department of the Employment Service Guidance Center of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, went to the Liu Chao Medical Massage Center in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province to carry out research and investigation.
During the investigation, Cheng Kai, Zhang Zhenfei, Li Wei and their party, accompanied by relevant provincial and municipal leaders, visited the working environment of Liu Chao Massage Center and learned in detail about the services, facilities, technical strength and income of Liu Chao's blind medical massage center.
Liu Chao Medical Massage Center for the Blind is the first blind massage center in Shanxi to open provincial and municipal medical insurance, and in 2021, it was identified as the massage base for the blind in Taiyuan City, and a total of 33 disabled people with the title of blind masseur were placed to achieve employment, and it is one of the powerful brand units under the Taiyuan Massage Guidance Center for the Blind.
Cheng Kai fully affirmed the series of explorations and achievements made by Liu Chao Medical Massage Center for the Blind in the development process. He pointed out that it is necessary to continuously strengthen self-construction, improve self-management, and strive to improve the professional level of service quality and services in clinics, create opportunities and conditions for better realizing the employment of the disabled, and strive to make greater contributions to society.
