On the morning of September 16, the Gaoling Branch of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau held a meeting of leading cadres to announce the decision on the appointment and dismissal of the Party Committee of the Municipal Bureau: Comrade Dong Wei was appointed secretary of the Party Committee of the Gaoling Branch of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and Comrade Gao Wei no longer served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Gaoling Branch of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. Wang Chuang, member of the party committee and deputy director of the municipal bureau, and Hu Minsheng, member of the standing committee of the district party committee and executive deputy district governor, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Liu Lan of the Personnel Department of the Municipal Bureau.
