Rise up! The 10 U.S. states jointly sued the official government for a stop to the vaccine

Although most countries implement the principle of voluntary vaccination, many people have gone to the vaccine themselves in order to protect their own lives and health. But surprisingly, even when the United States officially issued a mandatory vaccination order, many Americans still refused to be vaccinated. Even one in five of the 50 local states has spoken out against the official order.

According to the latest report of CCTV on October 30, statistics show that as of October 29, the United States has 10 states such as Missouri, Wyoming, Arkansas, and Alaska united to sue the US official in the court, accusing the United States of forcing US companies and their employees to vaccinate against the new crown.

The 10-state coalition said the U.S. vaccine injunction was a clear ultra vires act and violated multiple federal laws, including the Procurement Act and the Tenth Amendment, and must be stopped immediately. It is reported that under the vaccine mandate in the United States, people from all walks of life will be arranged for unpaid leave and dismissal as long as they do not want to be vaccinated, which angers Americans who are reluctant to vaccinate.

New York City's largest police union also filed a court application on Oct. 25 to suspend the vaccine injunction, but it was rejected, though the union said it would still appeal. According to US media survey data, as of now, nearly one-third of the people in the United States are still reluctant to be vaccinated, and 15% of them are resolutely not vaccinated.

Pollack, director of the American Hospital Association, pointed out that with the arrival of the mandatory vaccination deadline, the resignation rate of all walks of life, including medical staff, is getting higher and higher, which means that the vaccine mandatory order may lead to a further aggravation of labor shortages in the United States, thus worsening the bottleneck in the US supply chain.

However, U.S. officials still do not care. After Florida announced its indictment against the official vaccine injunction, the United States responded that it had the authority to issue the order and that the vaccine injunction would remain in effect.
