It is understood that Lu Xun's "Hometown", created in 1921, not only had a great impact on Chinese society, but also radiated to Japan and South Korea, becoming a classic article in the textbooks of China, Japan and South Korea.
Dong Bingyue, president of the China Lu Xun Research Association, believes that this is due to a sense of identity, and the fundamental reason lies in the huge social background behind it. Because of this, Japanese and Korean educators have included Lu Xun's "Hometown" in middle school textbooks in order to resonate with Lu Xun in the search for a "spiritual hometown".
Based on this, the "China, Japan, And South Korea Same Class" activity selected Lu Xun's book "Hometown" as the content of classroom teaching.
For this Chinese "Hometown" class attended by students from China, Japan and South Korea, Shi Jianchang, principal of Lu Xun Middle School in Shaoxing City, told reporters, "The school sent Pan Songyi, a famous teacher from Shaoxing City, to teach students from the three countries. At the same time, in order to better present a unique "Hometown" class with Shaoxing characteristics on the 29th, combined with the characteristics of Shaoxing and the school, Pan Songyi carefully prepared the teaching content. ”
