When I was writing the script in Cangyuan, I used to drive around the mountains and listen to Keiichi Suzuki's music. Pengfei: I like Japanese movies, Akira Kurosawa, Yasujiro Ozu, Takeshi Kitano, and Hirokazu Kore-eda. I can't tell why I like it, it may be subtle. One thing they have in common is that the picture is concise and not sensational.
