(hereinafter referred to as "Feifan Automobile"), which was established by SAIC Motor, and Wu Bing, who served as the CEO of "Xiangdao Travel", will become the CEO of Feifan Automobile.

According to public information, the registered capital of Feifan Automobile is 7 billion yuan. Among them, SAIC Motor invested 6.65 billion yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 95%, and the employee shareholding platform contributed 350 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 5%.

According to the plan, Feifan Automobile will exert its strength in the mid-to-high-end new energy vehicle market and strive to become a user-oriented data-driven technology company. It is reported that on the basis of maintaining independence, Feifan Automobile will fully integrate saic's advantageous resources.
