According to Fox News Network reported on the 28th, the competent department of a school district in Kentucky confirmed on Wednesday that they are investigating some photos on social media. The photos involved a campus event showing boys wearing revealing clothes and dancing "knee dances" to school staff, including the principal.
According to the Lexington Herald, posts posted on social media at Hazel High School in Hazel, Kentucky, showed teenage boys were giving school staff a "knee dance," sparking outrage among parents.
It is reported that the Facebook page of Hazel High School's social platform lists tuesday's "Homecoming Festival" event, which was named "Male Beauty Pageant". Some of the photos were posted on a homepage called Hazard High School Athletics, but have now been removed. The photo shows the school's president, Donald Mobelini, who is also the city's mayor.
Other photos of the event also show teenage schoolgirls dressed in revealing restaurant waiter costumes marching inside the school stadium.
Speaking of the photos, Nema Brewer, co-founder of Ky.120 United, an American public education organization, said: "Public education in the United States is now under such fierce attack. This kind of stuff doesn't do much to improve the reputation of public education. In fact, it's disgusting. It looks like they're making teenage minors dress up sexy. ”
